Signed and/or developed multi-million selling projects Cypress Hill, Lostprophets, Our Lady Peace, and Midnight Oil. $100K to $2.5MM deals and projects negotiated, budgeted, and managed. Served as liaison to marketing and Managing Directors of over 50 Sony Music worldwide affiliates. Worked closely with internal marketing and external artist management to refine artists’ performances and styling. Advised and executed reworking of international repertoire and images for US marketplace. Managed staff of two.
Directed and executed marketing and branding of rock, pop, and urban music projects. Led creative direction of photo and video shoots, consumer packaging, advertising, point of sale material, and sales tools. Created and delivered monthly sales and marketing presentations to clients and internal senior management.

- $100MM generated in worldwide sales of over 20 developing, multi-platinum, Top 10 charting, and Grammy-nominated acts and projects including Cypress Hill, The Presidents of the United States of America, Lostprophets, Our Lady Peace, and Midnight Oil
- Executed extensive retail and radio promotions surrounding Cypress Hill’s 1994 headlining Lollapalooza Tour and POTUS’ 1996 US Presidential Election Eve live-broadcast Comedy Central Politically Incorrect TV special
- Secured licensing and endorsements with Adidas, House of Blues, MTV, and Sony Electronics
- Garnered two Grammy nominations
